PIN Information

Important Notes about your PIN
  • You will receive a temporary PIN via email and a permanent PIN via postal mail.
  • You cannot change you PIN.
  • Your temporary PIN may only be used for deposits.
  • All withdrawals from your Ecash account will require your permanent PIN.
  • If you register a new address in the Cashier, a new PIN will be mailed to you.
  • If you open a new account, you will receive a new PIN for that account.

How long can I use my temporary PIN?
Your temporary PIN is valid for 2 weeks, or as soon as you have used your permanent PIN.

What is my permanent PIN?
Your permanent Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a unique six digit number that is generated for your Ecash account and mailed to your registered mailing address the business day following your first deposit.

Why do I need a permanent PIN?
You will need your permanent PIN to withdraw money from your Ecash account and to make Credit Card deposits (once you have deposited a cumulative total of US$1,500 or more).

How do I get my permanent PIN?
Your PIN is mailed to you the business day after you place your first live bet in the casino (NOT practice mode). For security reasons, your permanent PIN is not transmitted via telephone, fax, or e-mail.

Once I receive my permanent PIN, do I still need my temporary PIN?
No. Once you have used your permanent PIN, your temporary PIN is no longer valid.

I haven't received my permanent PIN and it has been 2-3 weeks since I made my first deposit in the casino.
Please verify your registered address. To do this, select Personal Options from the Cashier screen and confirm that your address information is accurate. Be careful of any words you may have abbreviated, and make any necessary corrections. Once you have submitted these changes by clicking the OK button, your updated information will be sent to our Ecash provider, Ecash Direct (UK) Limited, and they will mail you a new PIN.

If your registered address is correct, please send us an e-mail and we will request that Ecash Direct re-send it to you.

I've lost my permanent PIN.
Our Ecash provider, Ecash Direct, will need to re-send your PIN to you via regular mail. For security reasons your PIN will not be transmitted via telephone, fax, or e-mail. If you lose your PIN, please send us an e-mail and we will request that Ecash Direct re-send it to you.

I created a second account. Can I use the same PIN in the new account that I did in my old one?
No. A PIN is generated and mailed to you for each account you open. PINs are specific for the account they were made for and are not transferable to other accounts.

I have 5 accounts and 5 PIN letters; how do I know which PIN goes with which account?
The account for which that PIN was created appears on the PIN letter. Your 6 or 7 digit account number is prefaced on the letter with the code CB00.

I thought I could deposit up to $1,000 without my PIN, but when I tried to make a deposit the system would not let me without entering my PIN.
If you have an Ecash account with any of Ecash Direct's other casino merchants, the system will recognize that and add up the total of all Ecash accounts you have with them. You will need to enter your temporary PIN when making your initial deposits (up to $1,500). Once you permanent PIN arrives, you can deposit up to $2,000 per week.

I entered my PIN to make a deposit/withdrawal, but I got the error message "Invalid PIN number".
First, be sure you have entered your PIN correctly. If you have more than one account, make sure you are entering the correct PIN for that Ecash account.

When I opened my account my PIN worked fine, but now when I try to use it I get the error message "Invalid PIN number".
When you opened your first account, your credit card did not have a history in the Ecash system. Therefore, you may deposit up to $1,000 using any credit card before you will be required to enter your PIN. Even if you do enter a PIN before you reach the $1,000 maximum, the program will not check the PIN field until you exceed the $1,000 mark. Once you try to deposit over $1,000, you must enter your temporary or permanent PIN.
