User Information
The User Information Management Systems allows Casino Australia players to save their user
information on a floppy disk. (By doing so, players can avoid re-registering and generating
a new Ecash Direct account, if their computer system crashes, or if it becomes
necessary to uninstall and reinstall Casino Australia.)
The floppy disk can also be used to access your account from another computer that already
has Casino Australia installed.
How do I save my user information to a floppy disk?
After creating a Casino Australia account, you may save your user info on a floppy disk at
any time. Simply click on the "Optionsm" button, located on the pop-up
login box at the initial Casino Australia screen. This will bring up a menu, from which you must
select the drive your floppy disk is located on. Then click "Save".
Please note that your username and password are NOT saved to this disk - you must enter
them each time you enter the casino, even if you are using the floppy disk.
How do I access my Casino Australia account from a different computer?
To access your Casino Australia account from another computer (i.e. different from the one you
created the floppy disk on), please follow these steps:
- Start Casino Australia
- Insert your floppy disk
- Enter your username and password and check the box "Login using floppy"
- Select the appropriate drive letter (A or B)
- Press the "Login" button.
How do I recover my account using the floppy disk in the case of a crash or
uninstallation?
To recover your account using the floppy disk, click on the "Options"
button located in the pop-up login box on the initial Casino Australia screen. Then insert your
floppy disk and select the "Restore" button.
Caution:
The Restore option is intended for Casino Australia users who wish to access the
same account from more than one of their own computers. If you use the Restore function on a
computer other than your own, it will override any other Casino Australia user information stored
on it. To use your account on more than one computer, please follow the steps outlined above
in the "How do I access my Casino Australia account from a different computer?" section.
